Answered Prayer Form

Our Prayer Team wants to keep track of how God is being faith to hear and answer as we pray. This form will help us keep track of how the church is praying and specific ways that God has responded to our prayers. We want to be able to encourage each other to remain faithful in prayer for our church and city.
